FL @ Miami

Game ball to the Miami strength and conditioning coach.

How they did not tire out on defense, I don't know

Yeah. A lot of it you would never have seen. On a lot of short throws, there were receivers available much deeper

A couple of times, Miami actually completely blew the coverage. Driskel didn't see it

Boston Red Sox on his mind

That was the comment from the announcers, that he was always missing some deep open players. Not even aware of them.

And that is the fundamental problem with him. He just has not grown as a QB and cannot look past one or two receivers. Easy to defend when you know where he's keying, which is what happened.

He's had plenty of time to learn to see the field and make reads. He hasn't figured it out yet, he never will.

Even on busted plays, where he was out of the pocket, he still looked for the 1 or 2 receivers he was originally going to target. Could not adjust.

I wonder if Tebow has some eligibility left...

Hes free.

UF still has the D. The running game appears to have taken a step back from last year and the passing game still needs work.

Its still earlier but UF has some legit issues.

If UT plays well that will be a low scoring game in a couple weeks. With UF favored with the home field.

That can be arranged:

Why don't you post the '98 Orange Bowl and '00 Fiesta Bowl while you're at it? Then we can all sit by the fire and reminisce about how we used to get throttled by the Big Red in big game bowl appearances.

Or reminisce about how it felt to play in a bowl game.

The return of the U! Miami will stomp on FSU this season also. Miami is top 10 material but still wont sell out Their home games.

Miami and FSU look very similar.

Good offenses with very good skill players. Miami needs to keep Duke Johnson healthy. It seems like he gets dinged up every week.

I give FSU a slight edge because of home field.
