Will get a bump eventually. Has a perfect frame for OG. Supposed to be high character and a very hard worker. Will be able to EE. Comes from IMG, so you know he’s a lock to get in on time and will be prepared for the rigors of big time football mentally and physically. Also potentially helps establish some more in roads with recruiting IMG moving ahead.

That's good and all, but I've already been told that 3 or 4 of our previous 3 star commitments will get bumped to a 4. Hasn't happened for any of them, like I said. I could give a shart about how the kids a hard worker, shows up early, stays late, etc. That doesn't mean they can cut it in this league.

The dude is SEC size. He apparently tore it up at camp, and Pruitt made him a huge priority. I’ll take that over any ranking system. Auburn and Texas wanted him, that’s all I need to know

I agree with you on some recruits, but this kid has a 5 star offer list.

Despite the usual trashing from the usual poster(s) - the kid is legit. Yes, we know him from the few years he was here in Seymour. They lived very near our house. Yes, he comes from a great family - very nice people. Chris will do everything he can to make them and us proud. Yes, he's a hard worker. Yes, he went to IMG for the reason of developing into a P-5 O-lineman. Yes, UT was probably his dream school and now that he and his family trust the coaching staff he has chosen to be a VFL. If that had not happened he would not have chosen UT despite wanting to be here. Yes, his offer list is legit and only they know what was committable or not. In the end, it does not matter. We get a stud VFL.

It’s apparent to me that Pruitt doesn’t give a rats azz about recruiting rankings. He’s going to thrive or fail based off of his own personal evaluations. He’s not going to keep a lot of the star gazers happy while at UT
