‘23 FL OT Francis Mauigoa (Miami commit)

On the offensive side Francis Mauigoa arrives today and will be here all weekend. In talking to people this week, Tennessee is the name that you hear most frequent with him right now and with him coming in unofficially this weekend followed up by an official in June, the Vols have a real shot to make an even bigger move.

Tennessee is emerging as not only a real contender for Mauigoa but maybe the team with an edge right now in his recruitment, and the high four-star will be in Knoxville this weekend for a huge recruiting event. Five-star quarterback commit

Nico Iamaleava and others are recruiting him to the Vols and that could be important. For at least the last year there has been talk that Mauigoa’s family, which is originally from American Samoa, would prefer him back on the West Coast, which gives USC and Oregon an advantage but things seem to be opening up more now. Alabama, Miami, Floridaand others are also involved as he figures this out.

Prediction: Tennessee

true story…I got caught wearing contacts in basic training 3 days from graduation and was facing a wash-back to day one. This big 6’5 TI up in my grill saying “ you’re wearing contacts….me “ No Sir” same for a second time, “No Sir” …he finally looked down on me and said “son you’re either the dumbest Airman on this base or you have the biggest balls” ….I looked him right in the eyes and said BIGGEST BALLS SIR 😂… he didn’t know what to do and just said get the eff out of my face 🤙🏻
He didn’t know I was from Muddy Creek 💪🏻

Blountville?

So that’s 3 5-stars in this class most likely (knock on wood). But I’m greedy and still want Bradley and Burley.
Burley keeps seeming less and less likely but you never know though. I’d be happy with Osborne though. Especially if they land Bradley too. Which seems more likely. I don’t think Mitchell is out of the realm of possibility too
