Most power 5 programs have 16-18 OL on their roster. As long as UT is getting the talent it needs, I'm OK with FL kids going to FSU or Miami. Anything that hurts UF is fine by me.
FWIW, UT has two solid OL's in the class already. Duncan seems to be a guy who could be developed either as an OT or SDE.... and there's always the portal or JUCO if you end up short one.
Honestly at this point, I wouldn't mind seeing another WR if the Vols can get a quality player. Another TE would help.
I count 12 OL's that can return next fall. Eleven if Spraggins has an incredible year. Three signees in this class keeps UT at 15 OL's going into next year. I think that's about where you want to be, right? Add anyone after Ramil and you might start worrying about tying up too many roster spots with OL's .
They should have the luxury of being picky at OL for the rest of this cycle. The extra spot could be used to add depth at WR or RB.
There are some athletes listed as D players that could switch to O. Even with the current commits though the greater need seems to be on that side of the ball.
Also hurts Bama who has thrived on Florida kids. So I'm pulling for Florida kids to keep going to FSU, Miami, and Ohio StateAs long as UT is getting the talent it needs, I'm OK with FL kids going to FSU or Miami. Anything that hurts UF is fine by me.

The greatest future need as best I can tell is at ILB. The first 4 on the current depth chart are all Sr's. UT signed two last year and currently has 2 committed. That almost seems like a position where they'll be forced to go portal or JUCO.
