He looked pretty snazzy in a suit and tie. But then when his over comb was blowing in the wind he was looking pretty oily-snakish.

I wonder if the the recruits found some extra cash in their recruiting packets? :whistling:
Yeah that oily-snakish look comes natural to nick. He doesn't have to put much effort out to look slimey. I was asking how the football team looked? Was parker wilson his normal self? Throwing balls into the stands or did he morph into the second coming of joe namath like he did against us last year?

Oh gotcha. Wilson looked mediocre. I don't think he will ever look as good as we made him look. Honestly, no one on the team really impressed me all that much. I suppose that is the definition of spring football. Expectations are very high for Julio Jones to come in and be a God. He was mentioned numerous times during the telecast.

They're just a little bitter at the fact that UF is on ESPN and we're not. In all honesty, I watched the whole game, so apparently ESPN's plan worked to perfection. I was "scouting" for the upcoming season though. I also "scouted" Bama's spring game. :)

If it's football, I'll watch it.

Thank you :good!:

They should have practices against other teams. Certainly not a big rival, but bring someone in that can challenge your team. It works for the nfl. It would also make the spring game tons more interesting. I guess fear of injurys is a concern. But it could be some sort of controlled scrimmage. Seems like a no brainer.

Thank you :salute:

Money is the reason they don't do it.

Fulmer has said in the past he wouldn't mind scrimmaging someone like Clemson, a BCS team that they could take a bus to get to and back in a day.

Cost's too much? They'd sell the stadium out to see us scrimmage say va tech. Seems like ticket sells alone would cover anyone's expense's to lodge the visiting team and cover all their expenses.
I think they should kick around the idea. It would make spring more exciting.
