...and Barnes didn't even make the Sweet 16 or win the Big 12 the year he had Durant. They got bounced by 11-seed USC in the first weekend. That team also featured AJ Abrams and DJ Augustin.

I like Barnes, and he's great for this program, but the dude just isn't a great tournament coach.

Agree on the under achieving in the post season...but let's not pretend White is on the same coaching level as Barnes.

Both Barnes and White have earned their reputation for bringing in talent and underachieving in the post season.

Only Barnes has been at it much longer than White has.

You can call it underachieving especially last year but it was both. Expected and unexpected.
