Good point. But I'm not sure LSU and UF should get painted with the same brush as UT when it comes to their QB decisions. UT's coaches committed to the wrong guy to start the year, but at least the right guy was on the sideline. I'm not sure that UF and LSU have legit QBs on their rosters at this point.
Grier comes in with a lot of promise from the scouts. But again he put up massive numbers at a smaller school against unknown competition, by running a lot. I worry he might be Driskel 2.0. Harris I like. Calm under pressure, accurate passed. But I would agree it's early to have too much confidence in him. I am hopeful that by next year, especially with a full off season to work, he might turn out pretty good.
