I checked out Swamp Gas because I wanted to see how they were feeling now that both of our games are over.

Man alive. They STILL think they are going to Atlanta.

Florida.

The team that barely defeated Vandy.
The team that lost to us last week.

They STILL think they are going to win out.

I just..I don't...how...there are no words.

LawGator...can you help me out?

I think they lose to LSU, Arkansas, and UGA. And UGA loses to Auburn. The East is going be an absolute mess this year behind UT.

I wouldn't put it past LSU to lay an egg this year but Georgia will be looking for blood after this week

I think the back to back Ole Miss beating/Tennessee heartbreaker tears UGA up a little more. Wouldn't be surprised if they lose to Georgia Tech.

Well if the Mizzou team that was fielded yesterday then I wouldn't pick them outside of the usual bottom feeders.

I think Georgia will go in the tank

I am thinking the opposite. Georgia played hard against us. They played with effort. They got smashed the week before by ole piss because they didn't play with effort. Eason will surly learn from what happened this past week. He is the real deal. Georgia plays for pride the rest of the way. Easier to play when less is at stake. I think they beat Florida. I don't care about them because they are behind us now and we control our own destiny. Florida cannot do anything now except play wait and see ball

They are still in it with a manageable schedule. LSU just fired their coach and will be a toss up week to week, Georgia is on the ropes with two losses now. When you look at Tennessee's schedule it isn't hard to find two losses. If we were in the same position I would still be holding out hope too.

I see three very loseable games for UF in LSU (playing great now under Coach O and absolutely shredded a good Mizzou defense), Arkansas (smashmouth team that will negate many of UF's defensive advantages) and UGA (neutral site game, anything can happen).

I am still laughing at Kublanow false starting. The only part of his body that did not move was his snapping arm.

No, despite what we saw yesterday, I think both Florida and Georgia step up, and play strong through the remainder of the season. And if the Vols want to go to Atlanta, they just need to win out.

One game at a time.

Goergia yes.

Florida, I don't agree. I think they are simply not very good.

Georgia Tech is terrible. They won't lose to them.

Florida's main problem is not a lack of talent. They have plenty of very athletic players. Their arrogance has just undermined them. Being beaten by Tennessee was a comeuppance. But for them not to dominate Vanderbilt is more of a hard dose of reality.

They will do one of two things; they can fold like a cheap suit or swallow their arrogance, refocus to salvage the season, and try to win out. And I know that includes LSU and Florida State.

But after yesterday, I feel nearly every team they face could be even more screwed up than they are. The Gators can finish respectable if they park their ego, shut their mouths, and work for it. You seem to think they won't, but I have a feeling they will.

But the Vols need to go at it like the world is nipping at their heals, and give A&M no chance at having momentum. They are two games up on both Florida and Georgia for the SEC-E title. Keep it that way.

The gators will lose this Saturday. LSU absolutely owns them.

The LSU-UF games have been closer on the scoreboard than they were on the field in recent years. With the coaching change it will be interesting to see if the Missouri game was a one hit wonder. I think its a good test for both teams. I can say that was the most complete LSU game I have seen since 2011... LSU basically broke their will within about 7 minutes and the score was still just 7-0. I don't expect the same result in the Swamp but it would be nice to see the same level of energy and hopefully improvement post Miles.

Florida is about to get smashed up front by LSU. The Tigers are playing for pride at this point. That florida teams a mess right now with no offense to speak of and a banged up defense.

I don't mind fans hoping for their team to win out. But most are insistent that they are going to Atlanta without actually looking at the basic facts.

They act like LSU, Arkansas and Georgia are guaranteed wins.

While I acknowledge that I'd much rather have their schedule then ours to secure the East, we can't deny that their poor showing at Vandy suggests that winning out is not a likely scenario.

But don't tell a Gator that, they seem to think they can win the SECCG

Okay, I made fun of the Gators being dumb but this LSU fan takes it to a new level.

He thinks they have a shot at the playoffs.

I'm not kidding, he thinks LSU can make it to the playoffs.

I literally feel like we are undefeated!! | TigerDroppings.com

I laughed, really really hard. Glad to see most of the other fans are disagreeing with him.

I mean there is sunshine pumping and then there is pure delusion.

I think LSU has more talent than Florida. They are somewhat similar. Strong defensive based teams. I hope Ed O tries a fake field goal, a fake punt and an on-side kick.

I don't know a soul who thinks we can win the East, much less that we in any way deserve to do so.
