And apparently the Gators 24/7 site lists Kiffin and Dooley among the list of candidates?

It was reported a couple of weeks ago the OC & OL coaches would most likely be let go.

Dooley doing wide outs or special teams wouldn't be either honestly. People hate him here, but the NFL doesn't just hire folks for fun, and Saban wouldn't have kept him around as long as he did if he wasn't good at something.

(and in come the "he was saving him to destroy a rival fanbase" comments)

Exactly

He called all the plays at USC. Didn't work out well

You guys would do good going after Montgomery at Baylor

I think Muschamp is going to have to surrender control of the offense, whoever he brings in. We've got to get away from the running, play action thing and recruit some receivers with speed, some healthy offensive linemen.

Why did Pease get fired if Muschump controlled the offense ?

Kiffin as OC wouldn't be a bad hire.

Your right and that sneaky lil rat would be praying Muschamp screws so he can sneak in as interim coach and maybe steal the HC job...I could see it happening.

I'm confident CWM will screw this hire up.

Couple of commits and targets hinted at UF returing to a spread no-huddle O. The ITG and GC are hearing the samething. Seems like Kiffin, Norvell and Chris Helton are the names that are being floated around. Dark horse guy is Blake Anderson. Rumor about Mike Malurkey(?) agent contacted UF by back channels. Anyone but Kiffin or Applewhite.

It's the lack of a passing game that is and had been the fundamental problem. Though the OC coaches it up, it's still the case that Muschamp comes from a line of thought of conservative ball control and clock grinding.

Hasn't worked. Yet we continue to recruit away from drop back passers and 6'5" receivers.
