I feel like kiffin would go there then leave in a year or two when a head coaching job opened up.

not saying he would/wouldn't deserve it, but he can recruit and some school (probably out west) would take a chance on him if they had nowhere to go

Your right and that sneaky lil rat would be praying Muschamp screws so he can sneak in as interim coach and maybe steal the HC job...I could see it happening.

The irony, Kiffin head coach at Florida! I would love it!

Kiffin did so much with all that talent at USC. I'm sure he'd do the same at UF so I'm all for the Gators hiring him!

Florida fires OC Brent Pease

I wish Baylor would hire Pease as OC...oh wait.

OK, what I really meant to say is I hope we can hire Kevin Stole away from Bama...oh wait.

1,600+ high schools in Texas and these two fvcks can't find talent???

Exactly

He called all the plays at USC. Didn't work out well

You guys would do good going after Montgomery at Baylor

I believe Kiffin is a solid offensive mind, and could be a decent HC. The problem has been trying to do both. The QB situation at USC isn't the greatest either, Wittek and Kessler both seem to be overrated. What he managed to do with Crompton and Hardesty behind that line still amazes me.

I can honestly see the gators going after bobby petrino. I maybe wrong, but I can definitely see it.

I think the position is too tenuous for petrino to be interested. Better for him to sit tight and maybe he gets offered the HC position in a year.

He's not leaving WKU for a OC position in the SEC when he already has a BCS bowl on his resume while playing in the same conference. Plus we're paying him $850k at WKU and his contract is likely to be redone this offseason and push him to $1mil.

I wouldn't be surprised with a huge hire for UF, maybe not quite Cam Cameron to LSU level, but I doubt they settle for a Clawson or Pease type hire.

Definitely agree with you, not sure he really gains anything by going to UF to be honest. Just has to keep his nose clean for a couple years and win some football games. I do think there is a slim chance just because of the Petrino factor though (as in 5-10% max).

I think Muschamp is going to have to surrender control of the offense, whoever he brings in. We've got to get away from the running, play action thing and recruit some receivers with speed, some healthy offensive linemen.
florida would be smart to get a OC that runs a spread or read option with the speed they have
