Gee golly, I'm so glad we have FL fans coming in here to tell us how insane we are and how we should do it like they do, with their wonderful AD and his great search methods. Whatever would we do it they weren't here to let us know.

Taking a peek at open opportunities thrown your way in any job search is prudent. Especially in their profession, where a good fit top to bottom may add a few years longevity in the position.

Florida is in great shape in this search. Florida actually has two very strong fallback candidates in Charlie Strong and Willie Taggart. Either of those guys would crawl to Gainesville to take the UF job. I’d much prefer Frost or Kelly to either of those, but either of those would recruit the state of Florida like you have never seen.

I actually wanted Frost. Not that I’m not happy here.

In addition, there is actual news here. Many are standing by their claim that Kelly to Florida is done.

A lot of people would look stupid if this doesn’t happen.

This isn’t just “Tenacious D” putting this stuff out there.

If Hubbs put it out there that Gruden to Tennessee is done, you’d but in and understandably so

Kelly to Florida may eventually become done, but if Kelly meets with UCLA, then Kelly to Florida is not done, and those UF insiders are wrong.
Kelly isn’t going to meet with UCLA just to be courteous.
