It is. But that doesn’t make me an inexperienced whippersnapper. I just take things in differently I suppose. My impression of the team and my expectations are a product of what I’ve seen so far. My hope for the Vols isn’t connected to my hope for myself, so I enjoy the season regardless of how I expect it to end. Waiting to see how the season plays out without having any expectations and without predicting outcomes sounds like a boring way to watch the Vols.

I choose to be positive.
In a parallel universe, Tennessee is 17-2 against Florida since 2005.

I just happen to live in this universe.

Nice fumble in the opening series to quiet all those negative Nancies. Looking for Alabama tix for next week so I’m torn on outcome. An L brings prices down, a W makes next week slightly more interesting…

This game is already textbook Tennessee against Florida. SOSDD. I completely agree with the OP. Until we can show we can beat Florida constantly, I’ll never pick Tennessee over them.

Nico's accuracy is way off tonight so far. Two receivers on two different plays would have had TDs on the same freaking drive. I mean, that's unacceptable. Am I the only one who believes that is unacceptable? That would be unacceptable on a lot of high school teams.

Every team in the SEC or the entire college football programs, eventually has to start a new /often freshman qb due to graduation etc. The Vols are the only team where our " new" qb needs a couple seasons before he's expected to play good.

I really resent fans like you. No you’re not “telling it like it is,” or “keeping it real.” You’re just a coward that is afraid to fight and say “no,” in the face of anxiety and fear and keep hoping and believing.
