would have rather seen one of the teams get blown out in overtime than a bunch of bricks at the charity stripe. hope calathes isn't too hard on himself after tonight.

So was I. Maybe if BCG keeps berating that clueless, hideous stick figure, they'll get someone who has the first clue about basketball in that spot for SEC games.

Too bad nobody else from the Gators decided to help Calathes.....Tyus was the closest. No others in double figures. Ridiculous.

what do you expect? Look at them. It was a turd-off last night. Whose supporting cast is worse, Meeks' and 2Pat's vs Calathes'. Apparently it's Calathes'.

Reality is that Florida is not very good this year. Pretty much average, I'd say. We can beat the bottom half of the league (which is really putrid this year) but we are going to struggle against anyone decent.

I predicted a couple of weeks ago that Florida would win just one of its four games against UT and Kentucky and I'm thinking I'm right. I think you guys beat us in Gainesville, and probably pretty handily.

But I think we beat Kentucky at Florida this year to end the regular season. They are pretty bad, and had to make a 3 in the closing seconds, at home, against a mediocre Florida team down a main player, to win.

I still have doubts about Florida making the tournament. Kentucky will probably get in, given their overall situation.

It will take a string of amazing luck, and probably a major upset in their bracket, for either team to see the second weekend of the NCAAs.
