You have a lot to learn about recruiting. It could be true or it could be hogwash. We won't know until at least mid-week or may not know at all if the guys are wanting to hold their commitment silently. There are MANY prospects that do this just to deflect the flack or attention they may receive for committing or not committing to a certain school. Patience is a MUST when following recruiting.

Don't you think it is suspicious that the two best players in attendance were the two that went on a search party for Kiffin?... :crazy:

Actually I find it amazing that these UF fans should up shortly after the rumor was on their board. I am sure UF got some commits. They are in a great position to recruit well, and after that performance on Saturday any recruit can see that they need help and could get early playing time at several positions, especially with so many graduating this year.

The timing of these posters is what I question. To be honest if they had these big names commited I think it would be all over the boards not to mention ESPN since they love UF so much. But again they might be here just to gloat if it does happen and are trying to get UT fans to take the bait.

But again these are all rumors and specualtions until it happens. Just like CUM leaving for Notre Dame after the season. A rumor maybe but if it does happen I don't care what recruits commit now they won't be there come Feb. But again all just rumors.

Couple of words for you Marsalis Teague, Nu'Keese Richardson, and Janzen Jackson...not to mention Bryce Brown and Darren Myles Jr.

Who cares where they're committed or when they committed. At the end of the day we have the best recruiting staff in the country and the single best closer in Coach O. It wouldn't be the first time we've tried to convince Florida commits to head north.

What I love is we all follow the recruiting and think we know who the next ones to commit are gonna be and then they surprise the mess out of us with Willis and Miller. The truth is this staff is great and every class from now on is going to be great too.

How can anyone explain what those two were doing even if they did hunt down Kiffin to talk to him?

They may have just been up-front and told him it was a great game but that they plan to commit to Florida just so that he would know. They may told him they are interested but still need more time for all we know.

It's all just speculation.

And then again, they may have been going to talk to someone else and just ended up talking to Kiffin with little to no interest in coming to UT.

I have faith in this staff. They have done, are doing, and will do amazing things. But these kids are still all over the map more often than not, it's inexact to say the least. Just snippets of conversation to a head coach doesn't necessarily send me into orbit of excitement, but I need no convincing that this staff can recruit. I just feel like recruiting is so all over the place until the recruits sign that you can't just pick 'em.

Again, had this happened in Knoxville there would be a 2k post thread already going off about it because more than 2 people from the opposing team would have seen this happen.

Yes. hahaha.. The "source" says Luc went up to Kiffin after the game and congratulated him. Luc's hostess, was trying to steer him away from Kiffin. FAIL HOSTESS. :dance2: Even if this is all true, it doesn't mean we lead on this guy. Ok, back to reality.

Eye witness is better that hearsay on a post. If they were excited as it seems they were, It wasn't to break any bad news to Coack Kiffin..IMO
