Guys, come on, its unpaid parking tickets. Save your ire for when he leaves guys in who commit sexual battery.... Oh, wait.

Seriously... If I'm keeping count correctly thats actually 27 arrests under Meyer. And unless you are a complete homer, even you had to have noticed his propensity to issue meaningless punishments in nonconsecutive games.

I'm not here to preach morality to anyone, god knows I'm not perfect... but I don't recall doing anything as stupid as what seems be excused on a weekly basis by Gator fans as "just this or that". I understand that sports fans tend to be hypocrites, but you guys are turning it into an art form with your excessive concern over what an opposing coach says vs. what your boys actually do.

The fact is, he had already been arrested for it and apparently knows there wouldn't be any real consequences if he was caught again. Likely the same reason he didn't pay the ticket on time in the first place.

This will be just like '06 when Meyer suspended the druggie defensive tackle for the first game, unsuspended him for the Tennessee game, then resuspended him after that.

No Tennessee coach was ever that devoid of integrity.

The gun arrests at UF bother me a lot. I have no tolerance for that.

The arrests of players under Fulmer bothered me too, and while you guys may have the raw talent to overcome that... by the time he was done too many of our big time recruits weren't lasting more than a year before getting kicked out of school.

I really believe the culture around our program changed around 2002(and for the UT fans, no... it wasn't Kelley Washington's fault/it was more closely related to the Onterrio Smith crowd) and that by the end of it, he couldn't control the team. I remember hearing rumors of attempted mutinies in 2007... but true or not, we didn't have the talent level by then to issue wholesale discipline.

I really believe that a lot of the players who left the team under Kiffin were the same ones who continued the old mentality that they ran the program. Considering how over the top BJ Coleman's comments were upon leaving, I'd say that its likely he didn't have much respect for authority.

But again, I could be wrong.

Your an Idiot. That's it,nothing more.

Was in Gainesville with a girl I was dating and at her party when I got 30 UF fans to agree that 2 bits was pathetic and Georgie Edmondson was only outshone is sadness as a cheer by how homosexual the men seem when they sing "we are the boys who are the squarest" after the 3rd quarter.

No. No he can't. He doesn't understand "current" trouble and "past" trouble. But UF is surely to win the Fulmer Cup.

definitely much worse to recruit a guy who will get arrested over the grey areas of a parking ticket than a committed rapist. flawless logic.

How has said intolerance manifested itself?

Sadly, I have no control over anything. If I did, I'd advise the university that a lax attitude towards gun ownership, combined with a history of tolerating misuse of guns by athletes, is a formula for a massive lawsuit when one of them kills someone.
