You're wasting your time.

They forget their D gave up 28 to an awful UF team. Same UF that was blanked by KY in 2nd half. UF made plays when they had to...5 for 5 on 4th Downs and completed passes to 8 different receivers.

But all that is bc CBJ fell asleep.

Yeah my point wasn't to trash UT but with that defense UF will be in some games they may not be favored in.

For the record I thought running the wildcat was a smart way to neutralize UF's pass rush and secondary. I think where butch fell asleep was doing math after going up 12.

Even going back to Dan Quinn as DC a mobile QB has giving UF problems. This yr especially with Morrison slowed and being thin at LB it exposed a weakness for others to exploit.

I have to give it to Dobbs and Hurd those boys gave their all for UT. At times they got blasted for small gains and bounced right back to make great runs. Heart and will from those two.

What a will say is the blame will always fall on HC but he didn't cause the fumble or missed tackles or the blown coverage on 3 of the 5 4th Downs. Not going for 2 and TO are squarely on Butch tho.


Vols still have a chance to finish very strong. Atl is a reachable goal.

So if the Gators pull off the upset of Ole Miss like aTm did against USCe last season will they trade spots in the rankings the way the aggys and cocks did??? What a "glorious" system we have lol.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves tho. I'm just hoping we keep it respectable and come out injury free.

Ole Miss is the best team in the league and one of the best in the country - upset would solidify the fact that UF was underrated preseason.

I thought UT did pretty well against Florida's D. You put together a 17 play drive in any game and thats impressive. UF followed that one up with one of their own.

I thought UT got too passive in the final 2 drives on defense. The sit back and Grier made the throws.
