Yeah, we don' want racism, but she is not a great representative of the state of FL regardless of race.

She should try to use or learn how to speak properly regardless of her race.

Well said sir! I'm a junior at Tennessee Tech in poly sci and language is unfortunately being destroyed. I'm from the south and am all about saying ain't or something amongst friends, but she should be a better rep for Florida.

Oh, and quick random fact concerning ebonics. It's not considered racist of course, which you said. But I read that some Ivy League schools such as Yale and Harvard have offered ebonics classes.

I'm sure there is some plausible explanation for this. Or it's just plain silly!

Hmm...Ebonics class at Yale. I looked at our undergrad course site and search AA studies and Linguistics. Nothing under Ebonics either. Could be a class within a course though.

Well, I posted this to poke fun at Florida which is always funny. (excluding Lawgator :good!:) But as I sit here in this office, I realize it's widespread. I guess she is truly representin the people she represents.

That succinctly encapsulates my distaste for the gators and politics all at once.

Prime example of our country going down the crapper right there. Who in the hell would elect her into office?
