Fla has got our number that's for sure. The fact that Butch wilts in the presence of Florida is one of the biggest drawbacks against him. People don't realize what a huge game that is for us every year. Imo the entire season is tainted no matter what happens afterword....and EVERY GAME Butch has played against them was winnable....but Butch found some way some how to wretch defeat from the jaws of victory. Beating 'em last year and following it up with the Georgia miracle was Butch's finest moment by far. Since then? It's been a friggin' train wreck.

Ok so if Florida goes 9-3 or 8-4 and just misses winning the East do they still fire their coach. I know people on this board say if Lyle manages either of those records we will not get any coach to come here if we fired him.

The sad reality is either one could go 8-4 and be justifiably fired. It doesn’t take a football genius to see Both schools are suffering from bad coaching. So why do so many think that other coaches would stay away because either school fired a coach after going 8-4

Mac isn't getting fired this year unless we lose every remaining game in blowout fashion. I wish that wasn't true because I'm completely off the bandwagon and think he is awful.
