Florida vs. Alabama - SEC Championship game thread

I have been listening to you trolls and pretty much the entirety of sports journalist slurp this guy for 4 years. I am quite happy to watch his dreams crushed and hope he continues to cry all night into his foreskin shaped pillow. If that makes me less of a man, oh well. Go whine somewhere else Gator trolls. And of course, suck it.

My only consolation is that the guy you take delight in seeing fail beat you every single time he played you.

No, but its his way of letting it go.

I don't know, I guess I just don't see what the big deal is. I've never gotten the impression despite the fact that he has creid a few times that he isn't a pretty damn good and tough football player.

I've never seen him shy away from a challenge or a fight or a hit or chance to make a play.

So, you're going to downplay his emotion here. However, the majority of the "Tebow is the best of all-time" crowd wants to use his emotion and other intangibles as the primary attribute of his greatness.

I agree 100%

I don't know that the passion he showed on the field and the emotion he showed in a loss are necessarily all that different.

Not that Bama won, I hate them.... But I clapped when I saw Tebow crying like a woman. I applauded when I saw his parents heads in their hands when Bama took a knee.

Tebow, nothing against you personally, but you sinned against GOD when you choose to go to UF.

Where da gator trolls at?

This is good stuff. Tebow can ride out on the self-righteous horse he rode in on. He has been nothing but a media darling from day 1. I'm with you, if that makes me a loser, so be it.

This is hardly the board for the gator trolls to come on here with their false dignity and start defending Tebow.

I agree but Peyton didn't do what Tebow did in college even though I can't stand the gators. Peyton will probably go down as the greatest QB in pro's all-time though with Marino, Elway and B. Favre.

Point being, despite what the UF player was saying that they have a class act like Tebow and we have only thugs that break the law, the reality is all these teams have both

Everyteam in this conference has their Tim Tebows/Peyton Mannings on their teams (class acts and good players) and they all have their Nu'keeses/Carlos Dunlaps/etc.s as well

did you miss the ending of the '98 orange bowl? manning may not have cried, but he was definitely on the verge of tears

honestly, i can't say anything bad about tebow. if i had a player like that on my team i would have nothing but good things to say about him. it's a luxery to have a player care that much

Yeah ive been on the verge of killing my girlfriend for a year now doesn't mean im going to do it. Thiers a big diffrence in having watery eyes and crying for 5min and during an interview. The whole FL team lost, they took it like a man, saved face, and held thier tears till they got to the Locker room. Tebows a great guy, does a lot to help people. But he is a baby
