Just seemed like UGA finished better against UF. Seemed like your post was implying bama did a better job finishing against UF, but maybe I misread it. Doesn’t mean anything for a bama/UGA game since football is more about match ups and Saban is Saban.and won, and then beat UT with two of their most valuable players out, at the end of the game... could have sworn.
maybe but I don‘t know . There is a big difference in a guy who has 3 nattys , 2 of which were @ UF -vs- Schiano . I guess my equation would be look at all the folks on here still hugging Kiffins nutz after one 7-6 season . Time and winning championships heal a myriad of wounds .No way in the deepest pit of hell would he be hired. The fans would riot worse than Tennessee did
I don’t think UGA can beat bama with Stetson Bennet playing QB. I guess it’s possible since Bama let Calzada and A&M 40 spot them, but I don’t think it’s very likely.let me put it this way. alabama's qb is about 42.6 times better then georgias. Their D is suspect tho... given, they don't seem to need it.

What say you LG, LW & Jaws?
Cool , and thanks for backing that up Gator-VOLS. I see all the reasons why not but man would that be a hell of a storyEven if the admin was on board most of the fans still hold a deep grudge for the way he left and did things around the program. His lack of control is detailed somewhere on VN.

He’s gotta replace Grantham and put some recruiters on his staff.First, Georgia has a generationally good defense. Defense is so good it completely hides some of the warts on offense, and they have some warts on that side of the ball. Unless Bama gets their **** together quick, UGA is gonna win it all.
As for Florida, the shine has certainly come off Mullen, although I’m not in the camp that says he needs to go. I think he’s got a good chance to run the table to close out the year (SC, Mizzou, Samford and FSU). Win a bowl game, you’re 9-4 in a year where nobody had us winning much of anything. Mullen started UF at 29-6, 29-6! That was in Spurrier/Meyer rarified air territory. Since then he’s gone 4-7. He needs to win the next 4, if he were to lose any of those games, it would get really ugly.
He'll be forced to fire Grantham and retool his staff more broadly but Mullen himself isn't in trouble yet unless they lose any remaining games this season.First, Georgia has a generationally good defense. Alabama's weak spot this year is their secondary, but UGA isn't the best equipped to attack that weakness, especially with Bennett as QB. I still think Alabama beats them.
