Sounds like Richt might be trying to pull the Josh Dobbs strategy against Florida. Remember that Dobbs tore up Florida's defense on the ground.

Faton Bauta is a Junior and was a former 3-star recruit. It seems odd that midway through the season that Richt would suddenly decide that Bauta is "best QB on the team" after deciding "he's the 3rd best QB on the team" for most of the season. Might make sense if he were a Freshman blue-chip recruit, but sort of strange given the circumstances. The only notable thing I can find about Bauta is that he's a dual threat QB and has a decent track record running the ball, whereas Lambert and Ramsey are much less mobile.
