Thanks...I enjoy this board more than any of the gator sites that I've paid for in the past...your MODs, LV, Jhop, Sab(where is that guy?) do a great job so why any rival fans comes in here to homer I'm not sure...IMO that's why sites have a main board for that crap..anyway I just thought it would add something to talk until we get to that first kickoff of 2010. Like I said before I asked Eric because I knew some fans would take it the wrong way.forget what the haters say HG. Anyone who is interested in recruiting know alot of recruits in the SEC overlap. I appreciate your list and updates about Florida's side of players we are after's recruitment.
On Pagan or Clear? IMO neither will end up part UF's class. CC is a Vol atp and Pagan is holding out to see what happens with UT and Clemson with other DE's.
I don't know what he is holding out on? Ray Drew is the only other DE I can name that we actually have a slight shot with that is probably better than him. He is a take either way, at any point in time.
yep. Florida's not going to take another tight end unless someone like ASF wants on board. because of injury and position-change redshirts we've three freshmen pass-catching tight ends on the roster this season and already have AC Leonard soundly committed for this class. add to that situational blocking TEs like Matt Patchan and Earl Okine and we're pretty full up without even entertaining the conjecture about RoPo spot time there.I think CC wants to play TE so I'm not sure if UF is really in the running. I know Addazio likes him a lot but not sure if UF will offer as a TE. Think kids like Cam like competing against the best nothing to worry about IMO. Vol
hadn't heard anything but I wouldn't be surprised. we graduate 5 senior defensive linemen all at strongside end and defensive tackle. My buddy, Chase Hounshell, told me the Gators gave him a verbal offer this week and will be official when he visits next weekend. Any of you UF guys hear any of this? Ridiculous if they did..

don't know if Austin and Heater will want to use it in the future but we did like to use the Joker Package last year especially on passing downs. The package consists of three DEs on the line and three safeties in coverage. In addition to their normal SDE duties, Justin Trattou and Duke Lemmens played that undersized speed NT role in the package and both will graduate this year. Chase Hounshell looks like he has the potential to play that role pretty well.
i don't think we have the kind of proven depth at DE to run it this season so Trattou and Lemmens have dropped the extra weight they put on to be able to play there.
