Depends on who they hire, and what are his/her expectations. Not saying she is necessarily on the hot seat. Yet.
An AD who would actually have high expectations for the WBB program and hold the coach accountable is not a bad thing...
Had that for many years, including during the Pat glory years. In fact had a whole seperate Women's Athletic Dept. Joan Cronin was the legendary AD. Not sure why that was changed, but definitely since the consolidation into one dept women's sports have not fared as well.I think it would be great to have co-athletic directors. One for womenâs sports and one for menâs. That way, womenâs sports would get a more fair representation and not get pushed to the side because of menâs sports.
