Seems like in this Forum everytime we get someone to commit a few people somehow always find something wrong or are not happy. It's America you can feel and say what you want. Some kids we have recruited in the past and i shake my head as well. BUT here is a guide in case you are unsure if you should be concerned....
The majority of Posters know this but if you don't here you go.
You should just be happy and stop doubting if:
Rivals, Scout, and 247 have them in their top 250 or rated as a four or five star. They are professional talent evaluators and to be in the top 250 is pretty damn good. Not to mention most kids in the top 250 have a pretty impressive offer list(I dont care if they are 5 foot 9 this still applies)
The Kids offer list looks similiar to this: Bama, Clemson,FL, FSU,GA,OH St,Texas etc... (who cares about stars if these schools want them so do we!)
The recruits name is Jalen Hurd! (who cares if you didn't like their highlight tape. Everyone knows this kid is a monster and no he is not playing WR!)
They are a Legacy (We need these kids now more than ever)
Coach Jones has given us no reason to doubt his recruiting so far. If he sends 102 letters to a kid he probably has a good reason. Just bc rivals says a kid is a 3 star doesn't mean he's avg. Maybe CBJ feels like he fits his system or brings something extra to the team.
Again everyone has the right to an opinion and its not my job to tell you what to think but as a poster when we land a top 50 recruit and your input is "seems kinda small" or "Wasn't impressed with his highlight tape" the rest of us just shake our head and laugh at you.
