As a fan who has followed UT basketball since we had Justice, borwinkle, and widbey on our roster I feel I know a little about our team and where we came from. Pearl has finally
put our recruiting on the radar for some top recruits. I drive from Chattanooga to the games again and see some strong improvements in our program. A strong recruiting class coming into a program that has lacked a decent pedigree in college basketball. Pearl has started a dynasty that will only get better as time goes bye. It takes time to build a dynasty and Pearl is building the consist year after year teams that go to the ncaa's. Stay tuned and we will get that national champship. GBO

That's nothing. I was told via PM by bosgap that because of his age and bad hip if we ever met he would use one of his many guns and shoot me.

haha is that thread still going on, or was that just a random pm. Funniest thing on this site, if you get a chance guys read the thread. We have a former Navy Seal/Green Beret, jui-jitsu warrior in our VolNation population. He carries assualt rifles and will defend his family. He also has a very formidable left nut. Beware.

Yea calling for a coaching change.

That's the biggest issue I have with you Pearl Lovers. If someone criticizes a coach whose team quit and got their asses waxed by 29, they get defensive and say those that crticize him want a change to be made.

I realize you love him and would lay down your life for him, but dude is not above criticism.

man why do you have to be a prick, i got a laptop that half the keys dont work
yet were all supposed to be vol fans ,yet you all seem to act like english majors.man id let you come to my house and let you use both my desk top pc,and my laptop and if you could post a message on laptop without any mistakes or sometimes ill type about 5 or 6 lines and look up and the last thing i typed is in the middle, or it is all screwed up and i have to completly redo everything.and your remark reminds me so much of all those guys i went to basic training and ranger school and other places that i knew people from mass,ohio,new york,vermont and with all those guys i use to kick the **** out of a northerner who ask me if i was from ten uh se,if you want to try my pc and see,or if you want to keep making cracks about my typing.we supposed to be ut fans helping each other with news we have or hears.or we can meet and honestly since i messed 5 disk up in back and have a bad hip.i wouldnt whip you like i did those between age 15 and 30,id probally just shoot you with one of my 7 9mm,2 40cal,3 45 autos,or 380 ,22,25,10mm,or my favorite auto pistol a sig saur

I sent ole Saint a message to let him know I was through with him, but had to do it PM to ensure I could say exactly what I wanted to say.

Hey jumjzvol first thing i said is were supposed to be vol fans and telling one another things we have heardvol i said i had guns if my back ws completely that day .the only time i ever pulled a gun on someone was when 3 guys ran me out of the road with my wife and daughter in car ,then they jumped out with ball bats and chains.i pulled out a glock 45 and then a ar 15 and empytied two 30 round clips into their car,i didnt say a word about not jumping on you like randy cotour on tito ortiz and doing a lot of ground and pounding on that prickly head till you bleed out of every orphus on your face,i got guns because i love guns from my military days , i might not be the same person who beat the hell out of 6 so called bangers from flint and saginaw michigan but i still went through and became an airborn ranger which we learned how to kill with bare hands plus i studied and became a blackbelt in aikido ,so even hurt you would never even touch me,but i tried to tell you that we are supposed to be vol fans but you guys go over post like my collage english teacher,i just have never been the type of person to take jokes if it was or piss ants making fun of the way i talk or where im from

I LOVE coach Pearl. He has done a tremendous job at UT. For all you Pearl haters, get over yourself. Pearl is here to stay. As a UT student and fan, I'm really ashamed we actually have fans who don't like him. What has Pearl done for you guys to bash him? Coming from a program that was winning 14 games a year and not being invited to the NIT to 20+ wins and being invited to the NCAA tourny with 3 sweet 16 appearances. That's not good enough for you? He LOVES and is passionate about this university, unlike Lame Kiffin. Pearl has worked hard to get us where we are at. He interacts with us students, and he is a class act! I support Coach Pearl! I hope he shows all you haters wrong Friday night.

Who has said they don't want him to (UT) win Friday? As far as I can tell hat is the only one to personally not like him.

Because I don't know him personally. Also I have known snakes that I ended up liking, if you take them at face value and know what to expect. I work with a few.
