Let me know when they get to play an sec schedule with their 30 average. In our conf you must have both
I hear that SEC schedule stuff every year, yet the SEC doesn't dominate the bowl games every year. Some years yes, but not every year. I believe the SEC is the toughest conference, but it's not by as much margin as many of you make it out to be. The bowl games prove that, yet the same old talking points keep getting repeated.

How many contenders did tcu play this season before tonight?

Bowls are offset because we're guaranteed 1 or 2 in the playoff. Perfect example was us playing the ACC champ

With optouts I'm not sure it's relevant anyways

You think these players are hype for the music city bowl after they’ve played in SEC stadiums with 100K fans, a national audience, and a league championship on the line just a few months prior?

If TCU played our schedule this year, they most likely have losses to Bama, UGA, LSU on the road and probably one more loss to a mid-tier SEC team that played out of their mind that week. Like USCjr got us late in the season.

It’s not a 1 week battle that causes the issues. It’s the season long war.

To this point , OSU is matching up pretty well with Georgia , which the former was bit*hslapped by Michigan ,which was beaten by TCU today. Transitive property doesn't work blah blah , but basically it just shows that TCU is legit . They have a good chance at the title this year and will have earned it if they do. I like that team because they just keep playing without all the talk and cockiness of a lot of other teams.

Look at what Bama did to the team that beat TCU in the Big XII Championship today. I didn’t have a problem with TCU getting in (If we are going by who deserved it, then Ohio State should’ve been left out and they are absolutely destroying #1 Georgia right now- but their schedule was an absolute joke), but TCU would’ve been obliterated by Alabama or dare I say, a healthy Tennessee.

Sonny Dykes is a journeyman. He’s like a modern day Houston Nutt. He’s a good coach, but it’s not like he’s known as elite and has been very average for quite a bit of his career.
