For those that wanted Tubberville

Just to bring some facts into the discussion about Tuberville, the guy won 68% of his games coaching at Auburn, including one undefeated season, and four top 15 finishes. Some fans were interested in him because of his proven success IN THE SEC. Based on his taking the Cincinatti job, he apparently would have been available for the UT job. However, that's all water over the dam, Butch Jones is our coach now and I wont undermine him by comparing him to other what ifs. Just wanted to give a larger, reality based context to the discussion of Tuberville.

Yeah, it is possible that Jones could be a bust but more upside potential at this point in his career than with Tuberville. His better days are behind him.

That's the way Tommy T rolls. Like one minute he is telling everyone he will be the head coach at Ole Miss for a long time, then sneaks out of town that night and the next morning is doing a press conference as the head coach of Auburn

I remember when he arrived at Auburn he dropped a bunch of players, just revoked their scholarships, so he's been a slime ball for awhile. He's getting what he deserves now, other coaches are climbing the coaching ladder and he just keeps going lower
