I guess you haven't owned a Toyota yet?
Lol. I've owned about every make made. My family is in the car business. I like Toyota too. My quad cab is bigger than the Toyota. I love my truck. It does have about every option you can put on one.

You obviously don't own one of their trucks. Their engineers are brain dead idiots that were never made to work on one of them once they left the factory. They are led by even dumber idiots that run the company that continues to crank out trucks that they can't sell because of their idiotic decision to outsource everything they could to save $16.92 per vehicle. F Ford, I hate the truck I have and hopefully they go under because they deserve to.
Just to offer a different perspective, I’ve got a 2000 F250 has a gas V10 with well over 200K miles. I regularly pull around heavy trailers with it. Runs great and when it does need attention parts are cheap. It’s comfortable and feels safe as it weighs almost 8K lbs. My every day ride is a Toyota 4Runner which I’ve been happy with also except for the 16 mpg highway mileage. I get close to that from the way more powerful and heavy Ford truck. Obviously my experience doesn’t change your experience and I don’t think I’d want to keep one of the multiple turbo engines long term that Ford offers today. I’d buy another one of their traditional na trucks again

Super similar. Just got rid of a gas guzzling Toyota Sequoia which was an absolute 6000lb beast until it gave up the ghost at 240k miles...but seriously EVERYTHING not powertrain had broken over the 15 years or so of life. Door handles, most power anything, AC switches, other switches/lights everywhere etc....have had a half dozen Ford and Chevy vans and it was night and day. Chevys fell apart all over but had better seats interior etc...a Ford 250 will outpull a Chevy 350 and the powertrain is at least twice as durable. Had 2 Dodge trucks both with 318ci engines that were bulletproof...put over 220k miles on each. Only mechanic bills was a transmission rebuild on each around 130 or 140k miles...1 of which i expedited by using 4wheel low to pull 14 stumps out of the ground in my yard. Dont do that fellas. Added cheap external transmission fluid cooler to half those listed above and roughly doubled the life of the transmissions...was too young and dumb to know that with my Dodge trucks sadly...both were just 1500s.
Best thing about American trucks is a man can fix nearly anything on them himself other than inside the engine proper or transmission...with mucho room under the hood and below the truck to do just that.

No import i have ever had was remotely easy to work on. Things are usually super cramped, behind a bunch of crap, expensive to replace etc. Yet they make some great cars...Honda and Toyota cars have bulletproof powertrains. Keep oil and water in em and you will likely get 200k plus problem free miles no sweat. Actually change your fluids, lubricate fittings etc like a real shadetree man and in my experience the engines could probably go 400k in most models from Honda and Toyota. We have had a couple Civics, a Pilot (GREAT TRUCK), Sequoia, and i am now driving a 1994 Celica GT and I adore this little car. Hope to put a turbo on it next year lmao. The last little car i had this fun was a 2004? 2 door Ford focus hatchback with the Vtec engine and stickshift. Little 2 door cars only need about 150hp to accelerate and drive as fast and nimble as anyone should ever need on public roads.

Well...that took forever. By now yall know thats how i post though, and those who dont enjoy reading will never attempt to read this anyway lol. Go Vols

So a corporation gets to dictate what laws should be made over people that live in the state? From what I’ve read, it wasn’t the mask mandate but the vaccine mandate.

That's the way it's been since the founding of the country.

Has anyone heard of this before? Ford Motor Company has developed a way of “teaching” for schools and has been slowly rolling it out across the US. I just found out Knoxville’s BOE and leaders attended a virtual meeting with Ford back in October. It’s especially concerning after Ford contacted our state reps and told them if any restrictions were put on businesses regarding vaccine mandates that they would not build their new plant in West TN. What is Ford’s real goal here?

I dont consider a private corporation telling the state the terms they wont operate under a threat. Likely stems to hiring/staffing.

I’ve had much better luck with my 6 different Toyota/ Lexus cars & suvs than you’ve experienced As they were all pretty reliable.
