Good. With everything the military goes through the fewer problems they have, such as finance, the better they should perform. Again, we received a clothing allowance but it was not enough to cover all the cost it took to maintain our clothing.

Strong this.

we have Battalion Day once a month and probably 8 of the months out of the year, we have to wear our ASUs/Class As. Constantly getting them dry cleaned and having to shine our Jump Boots gets ridiculously expensive. I know getting a haircut sounds like no big deal, but $10 once a week definitely adds up. A new set of ACUS currently runs $80 (of which, you're supposed to have 4 sets) and a new set of combat boots run around $100. Add in swapping out PT clothes every once in a while to include running shoes, $480 doesn't come close to covering the expenses.

yea, but the clothing allowance isn't there for polishing Jump Boots and haircuts

even then it doesn't account all the times I have to pay for stuff to my ASUs, new boots and 4 sets of ACUs a year. The point is it's a joke.
