I posted that when I was under the impression it was girls - because you're right it makes it a lot more likely he had it planned out.

Looking at the explicit details in one of the articles I linked, I'm guessing the sodomy charges relate to oral sex with the girls.

I know sodomy charges can be oral or anal but....I thought this was anal and boys. Oh well. Guess that's what you get for assuming but it's still sick, regardless of the sex.

I'm always hesitant to believe these types of stories, especially since the whole Duke lacrosse incident.

People are saying porter was 21 and girl was 14 at the time, then again messed around when she was 15. So it supposedly is the same girl not 2 different ones.

Which is a totally different situation. He has to know better - and he should get in trouble of course - but you know this girl was probably hitting on him.. he was just too stupid to realize he needed to ignore it and wave it off.

Hard to lump him in the same category as typical sexual predators like some were early in the thread if that is indeed true.
