No doubt. I'm just shocked he got arrested over it. Ticket maybe? Or just take the pills and send them on their way? Arresting someone for boner pills seems excessive. I've seen an episode of cops where the cop smells burnt marijuana, finds a sack of weed and the guys eyes are completely red. The cop gave him a ticket and a court date. He let the guy drive away... Some cops are very different I guess.

I know its stupid as hell, but this is a controlled substance so treated a little different than MJ.

I saw the cop episode like 5 years ago though probably. I'm not sure what the laws were back then.

I do know that you'll get a DUI here just for getting pulled over with weed. And normally, people here get arrested for possessing even small amounts weed but some of the cops will just flush the weed down the toilet or take it away. Won't even ticket it them.

Obviously the laws vary but so do the cops. If I were a cop, I think I'd let boner pills slide unless it's a mass amount. I guess I didn't read the article. If it's like 5 or 10, oh well. If it's 100... that's a little different.
