As long as me and my 16 month old daughter drive on the same roads as him, yes it is a big deal. It's completely ridiculous how many people just give a pass to people for DUI's because of the fact that drinking alcohol is socially acceptable. There is nothing wrong with social drinking. But as soon as your are stupid enough to get behind the wheel of a lethal weapon (a.k.a. vehicle) it is a big deal.
