That choke may not have looked like much to the casual observer, but it was only the second time it has been done in the UFC. It's called the Von Flue Choke, and is a really advanced technique. I trained MMA, and have followed the sport for over ten years, and that's the first time I've seen it done live. OSP is really starting to round his game out. Hopefully he'll get a bigger name in his next fight.

Been watching since UFC 1, the calf crusher he pulled off a couple years back in strikeforce was the second or third time I've ever seen that too. Dudes progressing nicely, would like to see him get Rashad or maybe Phil Davis next.

I agree. Shad is almost the gate keeper at LHW at this point in his career. Really needs to move to 185. IMO
