Can you elaborate on your robbed by Ferrari comment? If you mean Barrichello, he competed a couple times with Schumacher but never consistantly drove at Schumi's level. And also, the rules on team orders have changed in the last couple years.
Schumacher has always been the number one driver at Ferrari, no questions asked. His team has always been in a supportive role. I'm not denying the greatness of Schumacher, I just wish Ferrari had put someone of comparable skill in the other race seat.
Don't think that was ever going to happen. Most teams don't like to do that either. Think Mercedez hit the gold mine with Hamilton and didn't mean for that to happen either. Like having to #1 QB's on your team. Creates controversary.
True. It's so challenging being so narrow and everything though. I'd imagine it's quite an accomplishment just to go through the whole race without putting the car in the fence.
What are the best circuits for racing for the F1 cars, in your opinion?
The three oldest drivers in F1 look to remain there for 2008.

I like Imola, that seems to always be an exciting race, and of course Spa is my favorite. Spa is one of those tracks that got me to fall into love with F1...it is sad that these tracks are becoming "obsolete" now and the cookie cutter tracks of China, Bahrain, etc. are become more prevalent.
Yeah, you're probably right. McLaren has been a little better about having two equal drivers competing with each other, at least in theory. The Coulthard days, he was clearly number two behind Hakkenen and later Raikkonen. Renault played the Ferrari game last year and the year previous with Fisichella supporting Alonso.
I don't fault Ferrari too much, it's just refreshing to see something different. I think everyone was expecting Alonso to be the number one driver, but clearly Hamilton's performance has changed McLaren's approach.

F1 has always been about a main driver and a secondary driver. you can't fault Schmuacher for dominating the sport the way he did. he was just that much better than everybody else. i think the fact he was a World Champion with two teams further illustrates that point.
out of curiousity, you weren't satisfied with the past two years of something different? don't forget Alonso won two championships with a Renualt team that was behind for awhile. it's not like McLaren is setting some kind of new precedent in F1, by putting Ferrari dominance to rest.
i think at the end of this year, one of the two drivers at McLaren will be out, and i think it will be Alonso. McLaren would be stupid to dump Hamilton who could dominate the sport for the next 10-15 years. i can envision Alonso in a Ferrari but i don't want to make that bold of a prediction because i can't figure out if he's sincere in his comments about his team and where they stand. i have to think he's upset with the situation though, seeing as how his team his letting a rookie compete with him, a two time champion and a guy who clearly deserves the #1 seat for whomever he drives for.
all of that said, i wouldn't care if Ferrari won every single race from now until the end of time. and if McLaren finished last in the race from now until the end of time.
F1 is more competitive then who wins in qualifying wins on race day. Yes, Hamilton is on a role and the last three races he's made look real easy. But, overall, a very competitive sport.
