Today is a the back-end of this very sad pair of days. This day twenty years ago we lost three times World Driver's Champion Ayrton Senna.

On a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit. And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit, and you think, 'Okay, this is the limit.' As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high.

Watched the F1 documentary "1" and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's insane how dangerous F1 was in the 60's and 70's. You'd have years where four drivers died, some of them the among the best ever in the sport.

Fun little quiz! I got 6/8. Screwed up with the road cars!

Formula One 2014: Do you know your cars? Name that engine - Telegraph

Nice! I got 5/8 with all the F1 cars correct. The Ferrari V12 was a no brainer. I've got that clip of it going through Ascara on my ipod. The V10 Williams was a no brainer, too as it was on a CD of F1 sounds I have from the V10 era. And the V8 Renault and were easy to tell after that.

Only road car I got right was the Aston Martin DB9.

PS I miss the V10's. They sound soooooo much better.

EXCLUSIVE: @alo_oficial will signed a contract with @MercedesAMGF1 in a few days. Same duo as 2007 with @McLarenF1 ( @LewisHamilton )

Hamilton tearing it up this year. Got to say it warms the coddles of my heart to see Vettel struggle.

Pains me to say this, but I don't think Raikkonen has it any more.

Hamilton is in the form of his career.

Vettel drove well today, but I do like to watch him fight and struggle.

I think Kimi still has "it" but I think his window is smaller than it was in the past. He has never been known for putting a car beyond where it is supposed to be, but now it seems that it is more difficult for him to find his sweet spot. Alonso has a pretty large window, he can put a dog on the podium and he can adapt to a bad car.
