Referees have no idea what the **** they are looking for with the targeting penalties.

Something has to be done next year.

I will admit something had to be done for the sake of player safety. However, ever since the targeting rule was started, it has begun to erode my enjoyment of the college football. I had always been more of a NFL fan who only watched college games for draft day knowledge. I would keep up with the Vols, but getting Butch caused me to finally buy in. Now this targeting crap just makes me sick.

I hope they do something, because I am over this stupidity.
