Martin was heavily involved with AAU the same years I was in '95-'97. He was heavily involved with Sonny Viccaro. He got his HS players in Miami PAID. He shouldn't be in the discussion for the position and stance UT and the NCAA is taking right now.

That's funny. Every time I ever saw him coaching a game on tv he looked like he was getting ready to stab somebody in the neck.

Five players, including [Udonis] Haslem, were barred from ever playing for Miami High again. The school was required to return the 1998 state championship trophy. Head coach Frank Martin (lauded in the Herald article) was fired, along with the school's athletic director.
