i would throw away all my Tennessee stuff if that happend!!!!! and yea vandy is good but not beatable they were given the game by ole miss last week and yea they beat mizzu without there star QB, they played the backup who is horrible. if we could of played the backup last week as bad as are defense is they would not have scored on us. we can beat them and i think we just might do it!!!!!!!
because at the end of the day vandy will remember that they are vandy!!!!!:hi:

Honestly, there's more pressure on Franklin to win than Dooley. NOBODY thinks UT is going to win this game Saturday. If Franklin can't beat this team with this coach, he's going to draw lots of attention to the fact that he's not as awesome as he thinks he is.

I would agree. It's a win/win for Vandy. If we beat them well it's expected. If they beat us they will rub it in our faces for the next year.

This, all day long.

Add to that if Vandy loses Saturday, Franklin will be 0-2 against Dooley. Say that out loud...0-2 against Dooley.

I swear if Vandy loses and Franklin still gets undue worship after that, I'm going to scream. I don't care what he's done, if he can't beat a lame duck coach like Dooley 2 years in a row, he can't be that good.

They're an improved version of the team that went to Missouri and won a road game against a team we couldn't even beat on our home field. It's not 1998 anymore, and we can't beat them by simply showing up to the stadium. Vandy is going to have their way with UT this weekend.

I feel like this is going to be their version of Florida game this year: Hyped up, at home at night...but we give them a harsh dose of reality.

This game could be interesting, I think we outscore Vandy but they do have a decent defense and DB's. If we let them hang around in the 4th quarter, we could be in trouble as always.....just don't discount Vandy they have equal talent and probably more talent on defense. It's been awhile since Vandy has been favored but it's the new UT.
