Freak’s Friday before the Kentucky game admittedly off topic thread.

Went out to eat with friends and then attended a show at the Barter Theater in Abingdon, VA to see To Kill A Mockingbird. Just hoping this nervous feeling I have about the game goes away quickly once it is kicked off.

To go to a game, I prefer a mid afternoon (4 PM) or evening start time, but to watch a game at home, I like a Noon or 1 PM start time. Basically, I don't like having to wait all day to watch a game.

If this is my biggest issue, I have no issues and life is good which is my reality.

Long week at work so sipped some Blantons by the firepit last night. Nothing major.

Set some groundhog traps this morning and getting ready to get into game mode.

Thinking just hit the local joint for wings and brew to bring back. They put a nice char on em after they smoke them.

Always paper, much better bark.
I’ve done both, but in my pellet grill I like no wrap, takes a little longer but no extra work with the pellet smoker just set it and forget it. Your phone app will show progress.

Sadly, won’t be making this one. Between all the home and away games this year, all of which are away for me lol, needed a weekend to relax and recharge. Gave my tickets to my sister and her husband, so they’ll be loud in Lexington!

Spending my day surf fishing in 84 degrees on the beach, watching Kansas-Oklahoma, Florida-Georgia, and Oregon-Utah leading up to our Vols.

Have a bottle of Chattanooga whiskey,l and the only good local BBQ I can find beachside (and it’s dang good too), for watching the game.

As always, it’s a great day to be a Tennessee Vol and Go Big Orange!

Had Publix Boar’s Head ultimate for brunch (had to buy the wife’s favorite frozen yogurt). CFB on quad screen as I fiddle about before The Tennessee Game.
