"I have a great relationship with the coaching staff," Flowers said. "They are guys that I wanted to spend the next three to four years with. Several of them have coached in the secondary. I know they can help me develop. I like their defense and it's similar to my high school defense."
Flowers picked the Vols over Clemson after officially visiting both last week. The decision came down to a quickest path to the field.
"I felt like Tennessee needed me more," Flowers said. "I just feel like I can make a bigger impact at Tennessee."
