Big game tomorrow. The biggest in 25 years. Who would have thought just a few years ago, that we'd be in this position? It's wild. Enjoy it, you never know when we'll be back.

Plans this weekend? Who's going to the game? Those at home, what are the plans for the weekend? Food menu?

And who else still has Christmas shopping left to do? :)

Go Vols!

Agree...we're ahead of expectations, imo. At the first of the year, it was easy to rationalize we'd be one of the top 12 teams in the country, but as the season went on, w/ realizations of auto bids and culling of the SEC herd that would take place, it became evident that there's little room for error...it's really special to be in playoffs. We've got a legit chance to go all the way with a few lucky bounces and if we bring our best. Just want us to represent...and if we do, I think we get the W tomorrow.

I'll be watching at home, not sure what the menu is yet.

I finished shipping today, i only buy for my nieces and nephew. The 3 little nieces are getting Barbie's. The 2 teenagers are at the easy age, they just want cash. Then I bought some new earbuds for myself lol.

Tonight and in the morning I'll be at my niece's high school basketball tournament, and watching the other playoff games.

I asked Chat GPT to write a poem for tomorrow's game. Gave it a few parameters. This is what it came up with.

Twas the Night Before the Playoff
(Another Tennessee Vols Anthem):
Twas the night before the game, and the field was all set,
The Buckeyes were nervous, their hearts filled with regret.
For tomorrow’s the day, the Vols will arise,
With Heupel at the helm, they’ll claim the prize.
The stadium’s buzzing, the air filled with frost,
But Tennessee’s ready, no matter the cost.
The Vols' defense, a hammer, relentless and bold,
Will crush Ohio States hopes and dreams in the cold.
Nico's arm, like a rocket, He do what He do,
Bang, from downtown! 75 yards to Bru.
Sampson on the ground and Nico through the air,
The Vols will strike fast, with no time to spare.
The Buckeyes will tremble, their knees start to quake,
As Vols fans get loud and the stadium shakes.
The hits would come hard, they’ll feel every blow,
As the Vols just smile, they ready to go.
Pearce off the edge, Boo through the gaps,
Blitz Blitz Blitz on every 3rd down snap.
With every tackle, and with every score,
Ohio State will wonder what they came here for.
The Buckeyes can try, but they’ll never be ready,
It don’t F'ing matter, VOLS BY FIDDY!!!!!

Unfortunatly, I am going to be working tomorrow. However, I work for myself and regardless if I am done or not I will quit in time to be home to watch the game!
I watch big TN by myself. Nobody wants to be around me. I cuss like a sailor, throw stuff, scream, and do all kinds of foolishness. These dang vols just do something to me.
