Fred Weary Tasered

straight from Houston....

There is something wrong with this story.

First, they said he was pulled over near Beaudraux's Restaurant at Fournace and 610. Now they say it is in an area around Reliant with "suspicious" activity. Oh PUHLEEEEESE! I have always been worried about my safety while driving through Bellaire.

Secondly, at first report, they said he was tazed after he came into contact with the officer. Now they say he was moving towards the officer.

No mention for the actual reason Weary was upset. When he was pulled over, the officer ran into his car. If I am driving an SS, I get a little upset when it is wrecked, even just a fender-bender.

1. Weary was not breaking a law when he was pulled over.

2. The only cause for the pull was "suspicion."

3. It was during the day.

4. It is clear he was found NOT to have broken a law or doing anything to corroborate "suspiciousness."

5. The plate issue was not the reason for them pulling him over.

Thus, their own report shows there was no cause, they found there to be no cause, he was charged with a misdemeanor (not convicted yet) for something unrelated to the matter, and the report used vague language about his emotional intent "while walking."

OKAY, this sounds a lot like the cops made a mistake and found some reason to get out of it.
