It's funny. I know most people think Tennessee is on the right track, but the excitement level around town seems lower than I can remember it. Anyone else notice it, or is it just me?

People are scared to publically hope. They've been kicked in the teeth for too long.

That qb was good enough to beat UF by 2 scores

Plus, UT was without Jamal Lewis, a much greater loss than the FSU QB.

FSUs over worn injury excuse is lame -- the media darlings simply got their butts kicked by the vols.

than Sanders for the national title, since he was the OC all year and the offense was his. But Sanders did run the show in that game. Let's remember that we were playing against fsu's second- (or was it third) string QB in that game, and he wasn't very good. We caught a massive break there.

Sanders was the OC not the DC right? He was calling against FSU's defense not their offense. :crazy:

Fred white tells it like it is. Watch him on talk shows and he didn't pull any punches and you can tell that he's a VFL.

i do like to listen to Fred white talk about the Vols,I watch him on the Locker Room show on Sunday nights,he is on of the greats to have played football for the Mighty Vols of Tennessee,he was a mean one for sure on the Field

and he is very impressed with one young Mr Sutton,which is all i need to know
