You all are talking about Costco...My wife had a good day and felt like going out early this afternoon, so we went to the Sam's in Johnson City to get stocked up for Christmas dinner. She wasn't able to go with me before Thanksgiving. Today that place was PACKED. I can't imagine what it was like at say 5:00. We picked up a big beef roast and I thought she put crab legs in the cart but when we got ready to check out, she said she had put them back. We got a spiral ham to fix in the morning, and she's going to make tater salad again for the games like she did before Thanksgiving. So I had to stop on the way home to get some good rye bread. Grandkids and I made some cookies tonight and watched the cartoon Grinch, so it's been a pretty good day here.

I remember when the only one was in Kingsport, out past the airport. I don’t even think it’s there anymore

Ewww. Well now the festivus pole is ruint. I mean Wrong 95 and souce might play with it, but that’s all it’s good for now.

Yeah that was the go-to....raised in Fordtown but in Rock Springs now....hated when they closed that one....it's been gone a while....we try to stay off 26....just head out Eastern Star to Ford Creek/Douglas Shed then Gray to Boones Creek...that's how I go to JC...a little longer but helps my stress level....I hate 26

As long as you avoid the Boone’s Creek exit, I don’t have any issues. But I’m comparing it to 395 in DC.

Did you see the story about that dude on Ford Creek who murdered his wife on Douglas Shed a couple of nights ago and went on the run....blew his brains out while being chased on 11W yesterday at full speed? That was CRAZY.
It looked to me like the pic of it was taken up there near the Vette shop where Acadia comes in.
Edit: I've never heard of somebody putting a gun to his head with his head out the window driving down the highway and committing suicide like that.
