I might have already told this. Y’all know Dad’s Alzheimer’s. He watches Gunsmoke every day, all day long. One day I reached in the cabinet for a plate. I stuck my hand in a stick of butter on a salad plate. Apparently he saw it on Gunsmoke and now it’s a thing. You can not convince him that’s not the way you store butter. I finally convinced him to at least cover it. No one uses it and it gets changed often just to keep him settled.

We got the Blackstone 2 days ago, so it’s “experimental” hibachi. Made some dang fine smashed burgers last night though.

I got mine a week or so ago and am waiting to take it to the new house before assemblege!

I think it’s going to be great, just have to get the timing down a bit. We did chicken, shrimp, fried rice, and mixed vegetables and overcooked all of it. Was still good though.

Finally had a few minutes to watch this. His reactions are pretty funny. And yes, Neil Peart is the GOAT of drummers. That wasn't even one of his better ones. There is one, I'll have to search for it, that is like 15 minutes long and he goes into this jazz fusion blended with Jamaican steel drum sound that is incredible.
