Oh Behr, I forgot to tell you. I did finally make my creation at work. Even though I’ve made it several times at home, something felt off leading up to preparing it. I was in the weeds for almost two weeks at work and I never could get that ‘feeling’ I need to get before I dive in. I knew better, but did anyway. I changed nothing about the recipe and had about close (guess) to a 80% approval. Was not happy about it at all. That’s why I didn’t post pictures. Back to the drawing board. Not something I’m used to.

Taking the next couple of days off so this is it. Woke up too early. Been trying to get back to sleep listening to Coast to Coast. No luck. Now, it’s over. May as well get up and do something. It’s windy and raining outside. Fitting weather for the first day of Fall.
