I can see why Wilder wants to play RB at next level...dude can't tackle. That was a very, very poor effort on that long TD by Blakely
he would if he had his heart in defense at all and put the necessary effort into learning the position. his passion is for RB and I think this game makes it abundantly clear the deck is stacked against him if he wants to be a great running back at the next level. Blakely on the other hand is putting on show that should make the analysts consider moving him up into the top 5 at his position.

As far as the CA game Grant (Sacramento) vs. Folsom:

Grant is absolutely loaded. They traditionally always have size and atheliticism, but this may be one of their best teams ever. Think of them as a Long Beach Poly of Northern Cal. Except IMO maybe tougher than LBP. Vei Moala monster at DT and also plays OL for Grant. Folsom runs a very exciting spread offense, with an experienced senior qb Graves. The key will be holding off Grant's D which has Moala and also DE Poka Lopa, plus d-1 recruits James Sample, Shaq Thompson. Grant has 18 starters returning and tallied 9 shutouts last year. So this game is strength vs. strength.
I expect Grant to win the Open Division CA state championship this year, but would love to see Folsom give them a test tonight. If Folsom can give their qb time, it will be a very entertaining game.

Folsom really should be wearing all black.

Yup, Grant did what they usually do. Shaq Thompson was very impressive, especially considering he's a JR. If any of the other powers in CA would schedule Grant, they would actually get the pub they deserve. Would be great if the Vols could re-open the recruiting ties we had at one point. A lot of these Grant kids seem to have a better head on their shoulders nowadays than the Onterrio Smith, Donte Stallworth types we recruited before.
