20 some odd pounds in two months! Way to go on the progress. I've lost about 5 in the past week with exercise and cutting down on the late night binge eating.

I feel better not just physically, but mentally doing that.

Oh yeah,down from 255 to 250.

This week is deceiving but I'll post anyways. I weighed as low as 220.1 earlier this week but went way over my calories Wednesday due to unexpected fast food for dinner so I'm holding extra water weight.
