No time better to start then now. Just put on your tennis shoes and start slowly. Just start off by going for a walk. You will get back into it very quickly once you have your mind made upIn 2019 I lost almost 30 lbs. for my wedding. Wife lost weight as well (due to a bad work schedule so not really in a good way). Looked fantastic and was the lightest I had been since high school (35 now). Since then I am now up to ~210 and the wife is not enjoying things either. Have a 1.5 year old at home and never seem to find time to work out. I need to lose weight because dang it I’m not giving up on my 34 waist pants!

as SDV said, start small. you could also try taking the kid along with you. establish good examples for the kid. my parent's always forced us to walk with them, even just in the neighborhood. hated it at first, but after a while enjoyed it, and definitely do it now because of the precedence they set.In 2019 I lost almost 30 lbs. for my wedding. If I ever found myself at this happy point, I’d use the South Beach diet Phase II guidelines, even if I weren’t “doing” South Beach. Add one category of food you had stopped eating in small amounts, track your weight and waistline for a week or two, add another category, rinse and repeat. It’s one way of avoiding the “Yay, I get to eat again!” trap.It does but in a way, it makes me nervous that I’ll put on weight
