Its like the Prez is giving the stat of the Union. ESPN has this game on every channel they have. From 700 different camera angles. Sky cam. Bobby Bowden cam. Blah blah blah blah.

We all know how this game will end. Some overrated kicker for FSU misses a field goal after the "miraculously" drive into field goal range. Great T.V.

Its like Quiz show in the 50s. Feed us all the crap we can take until we burst.

This game is almost always close. Until recently, it's practically been a national championship semi-final. I think Miami will win, and they will be a top-ranked team at the end of the year. I don't think they can win it all with Coker coaching, but I still think they'll be one of the better teams in the nation. I have no problem with the way they present this game. It's not like there are a bunch of other big sporting events that will be bumped because of this.

Yeah but they make it out to be this grand event. Both of these teams could fall off the face of the earth for all i care.

You really think we need a cam on Bobby Bowden at all times?? Please.

FSU and Miami have two of the strongest national fanbases. ESPN is not designed for you.

They did the same thing for a Duke/UNC game earlier this year.

Where were ya then, Tar Heel Fan? :p

CBC, kpt is one of those, "it's ok to have 14 teams so that every year someone wins" kinda fans.

He's probably decked out in the half Orange and Green/ half Garnet and Gold jersey as we speak.

LOL

The ESPN2 coverage is not watchable IMO. If I wanted to be the producer of the telecast I would apply for the job and get paid to choose which feed was worth watching.

I watched a few minutes of it.

I like the idea of showing the coaches, but I don't wanna see some kid sitting on the bench while teammates walk infront of him, or another guy take his mouthpiece in and out after each throw. Also, what in the world are those two angles on the bottom? I've seen the camera zoom in and out over and over a few times.

With programming kind of slim until next Monday, I'm all for it. Miami's D is incredible.

I am not a fan of any of the Florida teams. However, I might pull slightly in favor of Miami in this matchup, simply because I'm not big on the Bowdens. As for having other teams I care about... The only two teams beyond UT I have ever cared about are MTSU and UNC, because some of my high school friends played for them. They have since graduated, and I no longer pull for those teams. Nowadays I only pull for the Vols, but I understand why a great deal of fans have more than one school which they support.

Also, if they did this Full Circle thing for UT-Florida, every freaking one of us would be ecstatic, but there would be people posting on some Michigan board about what a waste of programming it is. You can't please everyone.

Imagine what UT's secondary would look like now if we had landed Kenny Phillips.

While I bet we both agree our seconday should shape up nicely, Phillips would be an upgrade for everyone, including LSU. And he's a SOPHOMORE!

Is Holly Rowe making some kind of Mao Tse Tung Chinese fashion statement with that hat tonight?

She's making a "I'm the worthless affirmative action type hiring" statement. There are TONS AND TONS of sports knowledgable women out there, but none of them work for ESPN.

Ironic that you would use the term "tons and tons" when discussing Holly Rowe.

Kyle Wright has a cannon.

Greg Olsen is another great TE at Miami.

Think FSU can get a few more late hit penalties?

I saw Brandon Warren had a catch. I wonder if he'll be a factor offensively for the Noles this year.
